Trekking shoes are a must; we turn people back in sports sandals. Carry 2 litres of water, a raincoat and a torch. The trek leader may shorten the route for weather or safety. Pickup leaves on time; we can’t wait for latecomers.
Ticketway
- Show your ticket from the Ticketway app at the gate. Screenshots and forwarded codes may not scan.
- Your ticket is for you. Where the host allows it, send it to a friend from the app and it moves to their phone.
- Any convenience fee, and the GST on it, is shown at checkout before you pay.
- If the host cancels, you get a full refund, back to how you paid.
- If the host moves the date, you can get a refund in the app for 7 days.
- The host runs the event and can refuse entry under their rules. Ticketway sells tickets for the host.
